IU survey: education tops economy, health care as top issue (The Times of Northwest Indiana)
A new survey suggests Hoosiers regard education as their top policy issue. The sixth annual Public Opinion Survey on K-12 Education in Indiana was conducted by the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy at the Indiana University School of Education. It also shows 54 percent of respondents feel public schools in the state are excellent or good, up from 50 percent in 2007.
